This was Tucker’s dinner last night. Canned Trader Joe’s chicken 1/2 can, 1 cup plain yogurt, half of a brown banana that no one wanted, about 1 cup of mixed frozen vegetables thawed, 1 tbsp. ultra oil (hemp and fish oils), Traumeel natural anti-inflammatory liquid for arthritis.
