Whether we’re mentoring vet students or new grads, techs or assistants, we do our best to help guide you through this new stage of your career. Our doctors team up on second opinions and have monthly meetings to discuss new ideas in medicine and challenging cases. In addition to daily mentoring in a collaborative environment, veterinarians within 3 years of graduation also able to join a small discussion monthly meeting with our Medical Director, Dr. Carrie Uehlein, to further discuss cases. If you need a mentor for your advanced certifications, we are happy to help see you through it as well.
